Nonprofit Standard Mail is printed matter such as pamphlets, newsletters and direct mail that weighs less than 16 ounces and is eligible for significant reduced rates as a nonprofit mailing. | ||

|
Newsletters, direct mail and other printed matter in the form of self-mailers and/or envelopes. NetPost Mailing Online will print, insert, presort, apply postage, and enter your mailing at a local processing facility. | ||

What can an authorized organization mail at nonprofit rates? | ||
|
|||
|
An authorized organization can mail only its own mail. Additionally, you may not enter mail for an unauthorized party or on behalf of a cooperative enterprise. The cooperative mail rule prevents authorized organizations from sharing their authorizations with others who are not authorized. There are also restrictions on advertising for products and services. | ||

What if the organization is already approved as an authorized Nonprofit Organization? | ||

Simply log on to Mailing Online and register. You will need your Nonprofit ID number and city of original authorization to mail at the Nonprofit Standard rates. | ||

No. Authorized Nonprofit customers who utilize NetPost Mailing Online do not have to file PS Form 3623 for their mailings to be printed and processed at various NetPost Mailing Online print sites. | ||
